Before the steril filter, there should be inlet filter ( 1 micron; 0,5 P.P.M) and outlet filter (0,1 micron; 0,01 P.P.M) and 0,008 P.P.M compressed air filters.And steril filter should sterilize by steam per 7 days minimum.
